Welcome to your Vori Back Office Training Hub! This page has everything you need to prepare for our session, follow along, and refer back to afterward. Our goal is to make you feel confident managing your store's data in Vori’s Back Office.

✅ Your Pre-Training Checklist
Please complete these tasks before our session.
For Virtual Sessions:
- Select the Right Device: For the best screen-sharing experience, please plan to join our call from a computer, laptop, or tablet (not a mobile phone).
- Do a Quick Tech Check: Please test Google Meet beforehand to ensure your device settings are enabled so you can hear us, speak, and share your screen.
For All Sessions:
Gather a Few Things for Our Session:
- New Products: Find 1-3 new items with a barcode that we can add via the Back Office together during the training session.
- Deli Scale Check: If you have a deli scale, please confirm if it can print barcode labels and have an example ready for us to see.
- Prepare Your House Account Information: If you have existing house accounts, please prepare a list with each account’s name, phone number, or email address, and its current balance. We'll need this to get them set up in Vori before your launch.
🪚 Install Prep
- Cutouts
- If your store needs cutouts for the scanner-scales, please confirm with us during the session when they'll be completed. They must be done before the installer arrives — if they're not, the training time will get eaten up by the installer doing prep work instead of training.
- Install Prep
- Prep: Remove your existing scales and clear out any items stored under or around the counter to make space for the installer.
- Clean: Vacuum and lightly clean below the scale, under the counter, and around the POS area. Counters clear, surfaces wiped, a few feet of working room around each register.
